SCHEDULE OF FINES AND COSTS PAYABLE.
AT THE CLERK OF COURT'S OFFICE

DEFENDANTS MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA FOR WAIVER ABLE OFFENSES

1. NO MORE THAN THREE MOVING TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS WITHIN THE LAST TWELVE MONTHS
2. NO ACCIDENT INVOLVED
3. SIGN HIS/HER NAME TO THE COPY OF THE TRAFFIC TICKET
4. PRESENT RENEWED DRIVER LICENSE OR REGISTRATION 24 HOURS PRIOR TO
SCHEDULED COURT DATE.
